Location is everything!

Direct Beach Access: This owner-managed property is located directly on the beach. There’s no need to cross busy streets or drive—just follow the private path from the resort right to the water.
- Please Note: The path is not suitable for wagons or those with limited mobility.

Rental Cabanas: Available to rent for a more private, poolside experience, complete with grills for a cookout.
- Note: The outdoor pools and lazy river are not heated.

Free Parking: Enjoy free secured underground garage parking for one vehicle, plus a second outdoor parking space at no extra cost (maximum of 2 vehicles).
Baby Equipment Rentals: Need a crib, high chair, or stroller? Convenient rentals are available through BabyQuip—just ask your host for details when booking!
Concierge Desk: Available from 7 AM–11 PM for expert recommendations on dining and local attractions.

Important Booking & House Rules

This property is designed for exceptional guests who respect the rules and want to enjoy an exceptional stay.

Rental Agreement: To finalize your reservation, all guests are required to electronically sign the Short-Term Rental Agreement upon booking. Failure to sign will result in cancellation.
Arrival Waivers: Upon arrival, guests must also sign Diamond Beach rules and liability waivers.

The Diamond Beach Resort was the perfect discovery, giving us access to top-notch resort amenities while keeping us just minutes from all the events and attractions Galveston has to offer. The Penthouse Tower gave our family plenty of space and the best views, and we knew we had to share this exceptional experience so other couples and families could create their own lasting memories here.
